Lorena obtained her Social Work Bachelor's degree in 2012. She then obtained her Clinical Social Work Master's degree in 2017 from the University of Central Florida.
She is a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker and is fluent in Spanish. Lorena has over 10 years of Social Work experience across a variety of hospital settings while working with the elderly, adults, adolescents, children, families, and couples.
She also has experience working with individuals with generalized anxiety, generalized depression, family dynamics, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, grief and loss, and other mental health diagnoses.
Lorena is caring and passionate about helping individuals meet their true potential. She utilizes strengths-based and person-centered therapeutic approaches by assisting and supporting clients to be the author of their own lives.
