Carrie Cook, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping others navigate life’s challenges. I have a Master’s Degree in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. With a background as a public-school teacher and college adjunct instructor, I connect easily with teens and college students and bring extensive experience in working with them as they maneuver through the challenges they face during these transitional times in their lives.
In addition to working with teenagers and young adults, my clinical focus encompasses supporting others of all ages through a wide range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, grief, self-harm, life transitions, trauma, bipolar, BPD, anger management, addiction, abandonment, and women’s issues (including postpartum challenges, infertility and loss, coping with divorce). I am dedicated and skilled in developing tailored solutions to address unique challenges and aspirations.
